At NoBullShed, we want you to feel confident when purchasing your shed. Because our products are available as both DIY shed kits and professionally installed sheds, return policies may vary depending on the option selected at checkout.

DIY Shed Kits

Inspection Upon Delivery

All DIY shed kits are delivered curbside and should be inspected immediately upon arrival.

Please inspect your shipment for:

  • Missing parts
  • Visible damage
  • Packaging issues

If any issue is found, contact us within 48 hours at:

Returns & Cancellations

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you wish to return your DIY shed kit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Returns are only accepted before assembly begins.
  • Assembled sheds cannot be returned.
  • Returned products must remain in original packaging and like-new condition.
  • Incomplete or heavily damaged returns may not qualify for a refund.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to:

  • All returned DIY shed kits
  • Cancelled orders after shipment has occurred

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error.

Professionally Installed Sheds

Delivery & Installation

Professionally installed sheds are delivered and assembled by certified installers.

If damage occurs during delivery or installation:

  • The issue will be documented
  • Necessary repairs or replacements will be provided at no additional cost

Returns & Cancellations

Because installed sheds are custom scheduled and assembled on-site:

  • Installed sheds cannot be returned once installation is completed.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled installation date.

If a covered defect occurs after installation, repairs or replacement parts may be provided under the applicable warranty.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees may be non-refundable once work has begun:

  • Engineered drawings
  • Permit preparation
  • Permit processing fees

Actual permit costs paid to local municipalities are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains defective parts, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

Order Refusal & Abuse

NoBullShed reserves the right to refuse returns or cancellations in cases involving:
